We have paid HCA training available.Pay Range: $17.75 to $21.50/hrCurrent Client Needs:Client 1: Walla Walla – Caregiver needed/ overnight shifts Wednesday and Thursday from 11:00pm–7:00amClient 2: Walla Walla – Weekend caregiver needed, Friday 11:00 pm - 7:00 amClient 3: Walla Walla – Weekend caregiver needed with exp, Sunday 9:00 am to 11:30 amClient 4: Walla Walla – Looking a caregiver with exp. Monday to Friday 8 am to 11:30 amClient 5: Dayton – Weekend caregiver with experience needed, Sunday, 9:00 am-12:30 pmCaregiver Job DutiesOur caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)Cooking and/or serving mealsHelping clients bathe, dress, and groomingProviding companionship through daily activities and hobbiesDriving clients (as needed) to the store or appointmentsMonitoring and reporting on their conditionComfortable or willing to learn Hoyer lifts and gait belts.PlusCaregiver experience preferred, but paid training is availableRequired: must be able to transport clients in reliable vehicleAvailable for day, short shifts between 8am-6pmWeekend availability a plusMemory care experience a plusPart time 20-30 hrs a week * can lead to full timeWhy Family Resource Home Care?Flexible Scheduling. Apply and the recruiter in your region will connect with you to schedule a phone interview. If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients!Washington only – If you do not have a current HCA or CNA license, you will be required to enroll in our HCA training program we offer (due to state requirements). You will be able to complete the training while working and will have 120 days to complete it.Requirements18 years+Ability to lift a minimum of 10lbs and up to 50lb rarely.Must own a smart phone with capabilities to download and use a mobile app.Ability to pass a state and national background checkValid driver's license, auto insurance and clean driving recordAble to transport clients in their own vehicle requiredAbility to complete state-required caregiver/HCA training as neededAbility to adapt to flexible schedulesFamily Resource Home Care is an equal opportunity employer.
