• Responsible for developing collaborative working relationships with stakeholders in the high value customer journey as well as the operation to ensure consistency and a seamless customer experience.
• The role plays a critical part in driving improvement while working closely with many stakeholders to align priorities and execute projects.
• This role is part of the Premium Guest Services team within the Customer Experience Organization.

What you'll do:

• Process invoices/accounts payables
• Order club and kitchen equipment
• Assist with budget preparation and reconciliation, including month-end close
• Update required manuals
• Coordinate business partner access within Admirals Clubs
• Acts as backup for various support functions
• Assist with managing department email inbox
• Assist leadership with vendor management, audit compliance, onboarding and team engagement
• Assist administration with team members timesheets and bid creation / processing
• Ad hoc duties, as assigned

All you'll need for success:

• Minimum Qualifications:
• High school diploma
• Previous administration experience
• Able to travel with short notice (including weekends and holidays) and work long hours (12-14 hours/day) under stressful, varying conditions
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge and experience using Coupa, native SABRE, Soleil, Ventana
• Strong oral and written communication skills are mandatory
• Proficiency of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment and proven ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent analytical, organization and planning skills
