S.T.A.B.L.EMeditech experience preferred Specialty/Unit Certifications Required (RN/LVN/Tech) Active TX RN license - temp license will NOT be accepted Procedures performed on unit: Patient Experience Required: Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire. Scrub ColorRN: Nail Policy Clean and Healthy, no artificial nails, gel, next gen, etc. Hair - hair should be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors. Beards, mustaches and sideburns should be clean and neatly trimmed. Hair must be pulled back if shoulder length or longer when working in the lab. Tattoos Body art should be covered whenever possible. Body art that is not feasible to cover on a daily basis will be addressed individually Piercings Visible piercings other than ears is prohibited.
