DevOps Engineer

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in DevOps, Identity Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or a related discipline. \nStrong hands-on experience administering and configuring Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) in large enterprise environments (10,000+ users)\nExperience implementing Configuration-as-Code or Infrastructure-as-Code solutions.\nStrong experience automating Microsoft Entra ID environments using source-controlled workflows. \nExperience migrating manual ("click-ops") identity administration processes into automated, code-driven solutions. \nDeep understanding of enterprise identity and access management concepts\nExperience managing and automating:\nConditional Access\nIdentity Governance\nRole-Based Access Control (RBAC)\nEnterprise Applications\nApplication Registrations\nPrivileged Identity Management (PIM)\nExperience with one or more Infrastructure-as-Code technologies:\nTerraform\nBicep\nARM Templates\nSimilar automation platforms\nExperience with Git-based source control and DevOps workflows\nStrong understanding of enterprise change management, code review, governance, and audit processes.\nExperience building platforms and automation frameworks, not solely managing users or performing day-to-day administration.\nAbility to lead technical implementation efforts and work cross-functionally with engineering, platform, and security teams.

Experience implementing Microsoft Graph-based automation solutions.\nExperience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or CI/CD pipelines.\nStrong PowerShell automation experience.\nExperience designing Identity-as-Code or Platform-as-Code solutions from the ground up.\nBackground supporting highly regulated or large-scale enterprise environments.\nExperience evaluating and selecting Infrastructure-as-Code tooling and architecture approaches.\nExperience leading enterprise migrations from manually managed identity platforms to automated, source-controlled environments

Job Description

Design and implement Configuration-as-Code solutions for Microsoft Entra ID environments.\nBuild and maintain automated management processes for identity platform configurations.\nMigrate existing manually maintained Entra ID configurations into a governed, source-controlled model.\nEstablish Git-based workflows where configuration changes are reviewed, approved, and deployed through pull request processes.\nDevelop scalable automation solutions for:\nConditional Access Policies\nBaseline Security Policies\nIdentity Governance\nRole-Based Access Control (RBAC)\nEnterprise Applications\nPrivileged Identity Management (PIM)\nCreate repeatable deployment and configuration management processes aligned with enterprise audit and change-control requirements.\nPartner with security and platform engineering teams to define long-term automation strategies for identity services.\nLead implementation efforts and ensure solutions are maintainable by the broader team after project completion.\nEvaluate and recommend Infrastructure-as-Code technologies such as Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates, or similar platforms.
