The Opportunity

Were looking for a detail-oriented FARM Agreement Specialist to join our team. In this role, youll take the lead on preparing, reviewing, and managing client contracts that include legal land descriptions and confidential information. Youll serve as a key partner to clients and internal teams ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a smooth experience from start to finish.

What Youll Do

• Review deeds and trust documents to confirm legal property ownership
• Prepare and manage farm management agreements and related government forms
• Translate legal land descriptions using documentation and mapping tools
• Act as the go-to resource for complex contract questions and escalations
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate system entry and reporting
• Track, follow up, and secure executed documents from clients
• Submit required documentation to the Farm Service Agency (FSA)
• Maintain current regulatory forms (USDA, IRS, etc.)
• Communicate with clients regarding ownership changes, estate transitions, and updates

What You Bring

• Associates degree in Communications, English, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience in real estate or title processing. Contract processing experience, a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with database systems a plus)
