Family Medicine Physician

Tufts Medical Center Community Care is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Malden, MA . Responsibilities Develop meaningful relationships with patients. Provide primary care needs with same‑day or scheduled in‑office or telehealth appointments. Work cross‑functionally with various members of the medical community. Engage in community care by bringing academic and community resources to patients' locale. Minimize administrative burden using new AI scribing, RN/LPN, fully trained MA, coder, front desk staff, and billing specialists. Contribute to an inclusive, innovative, balanced, collaborative, and fun teamwork culture. Qualifications Passion for primary care for all ages. Team player excited to work cooperatively with diverse stakeholders and disciplines to champion world‑class patient satisfaction. Current medical license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts preferred. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine. Current CPR certification required. Benefits 4‑day work week.
