Systems Integration Technician

In 2026, DH Pace is celebrating its 100th anniversary in business. DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking an experienced Systems Integration Technician in our Olathe, KS location! This individual will be responsible for installation of Commercial Electronic Security Systems such as Access Control Systems, CCTV/Video Monitoring, Intrusion Alarm Systems, ID Badge Systems, Intercoms/Emergency Phones, and Parking Control/Turnstiles from start to finish. The role includes interacting with customers, vendors, and other service providers to troubleshoot potential issues and discuss trends in the field. Job Responsibilities Installation of Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion Detection, Intercom, Emergency Phone, and Parking Revenue Systems Interact with customers, vendors, and other contractors on-site to properly coordinate successful installations Drive to job sites as instructed by manager, assess customer installation or service/repair needs, and complete the repair to customer’s satisfaction Consistently seek and promote business opportunities for service, sales, and preventative maintenance contracts; acquire knowledge of all products Maintain a safe working environment and ensure the job site is clean and clear of debris upon completion of work Ensure all job tickets and time sheets are completed and processed in a timely manner, reaching payroll before cutoff Complete all jobs and collect CODs when applicable; call management if a problem occurs with the collection or scope of work changes (COD is very rare for ISS) Maintain inventory on truck and have knowledge of all parts, part numbers and part descriptions Other duties as assigned by Manager Standard work hours: Monday through Friday; 7:00 am to 5:00 pm with the understanding and willingness for overtime as necessary, including weekends and/or emergency on‑call rotations.
