Performs rating & billing duties

Organized and detail-oriented

Good computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Communication and client service skills

Excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, hands-on environment

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or GED is required

Two or more years clerical experience

Knowledge and experience in the logistics industry is a plus

Certifications and Licenses

Certification may be required for position growth
