Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machine Operator -  1st Shift to join their team. - Machine Operator - 1st Shift, you will be part of the production support team, contributing to efficient manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to safety and quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator - 

Location: Springfield, MO

Pay Range: $20

Shift: Monday to Friday, 6 am - 2 pm

What's the Job?

• Safely set-up and operate equipment to maximize machine efficiency and product output.
• Apply technical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve routine equipment malfunctions.
• Monitor production processes, checking for defects or malfunctions that could impact product quality.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of production activities.
• Follow safety protocols, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and adhering to all safety procedures.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing or a similar role.
• Strong technical skills and familiarity with various types of machinery and equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in physically demanding environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and teamwork orientation.
