Summary: ISE I installs, inspects, troubleshoots, repairs, calibrates, and verifies performance of medical imaging equipment within assigned modalities. Work is performed under established procedures with oversight for higher‑risk repairs and complex troubleshooting. What you will do: Technical service Perform scheduled PM/PA/OVP inspections and operational verification procedures on assigned imaging systems. Execute corrective maintenance, basic installs, configuration changes, and calibrations within competency sign‑off. Escalate atypical failures, repeat‑call issues, and safety concerns per Renovo escalation pathways. Coordinate access, downtime windows, and return‑to‑service communications with clinical stakeholders. Participate in scheduled on‑call rotation (nights/weekends/holidays) and respond within required SLA. Regulatory, safety, and documentation Maintain accurate CMMS documentation (service notes, test results, parts usage, failure codes, and closeout quality). Follow Renovo safety procedures, radiation safety expectations (as applicable), and site‑specific policies. Support asset inventory accuracy and documentation required by the Medical Equipment Management Plan and contract requirements. Customer and clinical partnering Provide clear, professional downtime communications (status, ETA, and risk) to clinical leaders and users. Explain equipment status and safe operating considerations at a level appropriate to the audience. Demonstrate a service mindset and maintain strong working relationships with site stakeholders. Inventory, parts, and readiness Use parts responsibly; track parts usage and recommend stocking levels based on failure trends and uptime needs. Support incoming inspections for new/trial/loaner equipment where required by contract or site standards. Qualifications: Required 0‑2 years of imaging service or related biomedical/electronics field experience (or equivalent technical experience). Basic computing/networking skills relevant to imaging systems (service laptop usage, logs, configuration basics). Strong documentation habits and customer communication skills. Valid driver’s license; ability to travel locally/regionally as required. Willingness and ability to participate in an on‑call rotation (nights/weekends/holidays) as required by business and client needs. Preferred Associate degree in electronics/biomedical/engineering technology or related technical field (or equivalent experience). OEM training/certifications in assigned modality(ies). Experience working in hospital/clinical environments with strong safety and compliance discipline. Repeat‑call reduction and quality of service documentation/closeout. Customer satisfaction feedback and professionalism. Compliance performance (documentation completeness, safety adherence).
