This analyst will be embedded in one of the most active and well-resourced real estate investment teams globally.Blackstone Real Estate is one of the largest real estate private equity managers in the world with over $300 billion in assets under management. The Analyst role offers exceptional exposure to institutional-grade real estate investing across property types and geographies.Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain financial models including DCF analyses and property-level pro formas- Conduct valuation analyses and support quarterly portfolio reviews- Support due diligence and execution of acquisitions, dispositions, refinancings, and recapitalizations- Prepare investment committee materials, asset-level reports, and presentations for senior leadership- Track portfolio performance metrics and identify areas for operational improvement- Perform site assessments and market research on properties across the portfolio- Coordinate with legal, operations, and finance teams on transaction executionRequirements:- Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience in investment banking, real estate investing, or finance- Strong academic background with excellent analytical abilities- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint- Understanding of accounting, finance, economics, and real estate fundamentals- Intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments- Real estate coursework or investing interest preferred- Team-oriented mindset and strong written and verbal communication skillsApply for this Position #J-18808-Ljbffr
