Pay: $20.00 $22.00 per hour Shift: Rotating Shift
Job Summary
We are seeking a Quality Supervisor to support and oversee daily quality operations within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in coating or pipe production processes and a strong understanding of quality inspection standards, testing procedures, and documentation requirements. This role requires flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate quality inspection activities.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, testing procedures, and production specifications.
- Oversee coating inspection processes and verify product quality.
- Maintain accurate quality records and documentation.
- Support continuous improvement and corrective action initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with production teams and leadership.
- Ensure safety and quality protocols are followed at all times.
Requirements
- Experience supervising quality operations in a coating or pipe manufacturing environment (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of coating inspection processes, quality standards, and testing procedures.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues quickly.
