Change and Training Manager

We are looking for an experienced Change and Training Manager to support transformation initiatives within a Financial Services environment. This long-term contract position requires a detail-oriented individual who can shape adoption strategies, build effective learning plans, and help stakeholders embrace new ways of working. The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of strategic perspective and practical execution, with the ability to turn business goals into structured actions and measurable results.Responsibilities:• Design and lead change management and training strategies that support large-scale business transformation initiatives.• Create structured adoption plans that help teams understand, prepare for, and sustain organizational changes.• Partner with business leaders, product teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and drive engagement.• Develop training materials, communication approaches, and learning plans tailored to varied audiences across the organization.• Establish measurable success indicators and track adoption outcomes to evaluate the effectiveness of change efforts.• Bring clarity to complex or evolving initiatives by organizing workstreams, defining milestones, and maintaining delivery focus.• Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while ensuring key deliverables remain aligned with business objectives.• Guide stakeholder readiness and cultural alignment activities to encourage successful implementation of new processes, tools, or transformation programs.
