About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support our Wind Solutions Business Unit in the execution of logistics, shipping, and receiving activities.This role is more than a traditional transactional logistics position. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the entire order lifecycle, from inbound materials through outbound shipments, and play a critical role in ensuring efficient material flow from suppliers to customers. Success in this position requires a proactive, hands-on approach to coordinating logistics operations, maintaining accurate inventory movement, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting overall operational performance.ResponsibilitiesEnsure you read the information regarding this opportunity thoroughly before making an application.Logistics & Supply Chain CoordinationCoordinating inbound and outbound domestic and international shipments.Managing shipping and receiving activities to ensure accurate and timely processing.Monitoring inventory movements and supporting material flow throughout the supply chain.Working closely with suppliers, carriers, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure on-time delivery.Maintaining accurate logistics documentation and system transactions.Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.This position is ideal for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of results, and is committed to delivering outstanding service to both internal and external customers.Qualificationso 2+ years of experience in shipping & receiving, logistics coordination, and some inside sales support.o Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.o Experience working cross-functionally in a matrixed environment.o Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.o Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Required Skillso Logistics and shipment tracking.o Shipping & Receivingo ERP system proficiency.o Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Preferred Skillso Technical background or experience in industrial, manufacturing, or distribution environments.o Familiarity with domestic and international shipping processes.Pay range and compensation package· Competitive Salary· Retirement Plan including 401K w/ 5% company match· Industry Leading Insurance Benefit Plans (Life, Health, Dental, and Vision)· Paid Time Off – 5 days per calendar year· Generous Vacation PolicyEqual Opportunity StatementThe Dellner Group is a dynamic company that looks for team members who want to grow with us.
