**$3,000 Sign On/Retention Bonus for Qualified Candidates**
As a mental health aide, you will work under the direction of the charge RN, performing psycho-educational groups and milieu management. You will work in collaboration with patients, families, health care providers and others involved in patient care.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. One year previous experience in a behavioral health setting preferred.
