Digital Production Designer

We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Digital Production Designer for a prominent client of ours. Details for the position are as follows: Lincolnshire, IL Pay Rate: $33.34/hour We’re seeking a talented and detail-oriented Digital Production Designer to join a collaborative and fast-paced creative team. In this role, you’ll help bring digital experiences to life by producing high-quality assets for desktop and mobile platforms while partnering closely with UX, Creative, Copy, and Development teams. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a production-focused design environment and enjoys balancing creativity with precision execution. Key Responsibilities Partner with the Senior Design team to support digital asset creation Prepare and deliver final creative files for desktop and mobile platforms Ensure all assets align with project specifications and brand standards Create and maintain detailed design documentation Collaborate with developers to deliver finalized creative assets and resolve discrepancies Perform thorough quality control reviews before asset delivery Support and maintain the organization’s design system, including documentation updates and enhancements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2+ years of experience in digital production or digital design Strong visual design skills with a sharp eye for detail and aesthetics Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop Illustrator XD After Effects is a plus Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and collaboration skills What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about digital design execution.
