Role: Equipment Operator
Location: Neenah, WI 54956
Duration: 04 months (Temp to hire)
Shift: Rotational Pattern, 12 hrs shift, Day and night- 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM- 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Pay: $25.25/hr on W2 (No Benefits)
Responsibilities:
* Master all manufacturing process elements including troubleshooting, basic repair, and quality checks.
* Exhibit appropriate interpersonal skills necessary to work as a member of a high performing team.
* Maintain accurate and complete production, waste, delay and quality reports.
* Log and (or) report results as necessary.
* Safely operate high speed technologically advanced manufacturing equipment.
* Exhibit a safety-first culture
* Promote/support Safety Observation process, ETQ, and SIRA processes
* Support housekeeping initiatives for department
Education:
* Have a state and/or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma, GED Grade 12 certificate.
* Basic Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
* 1-3 years of manufacturing/ related industrial experience or equivalent Military education/ training
* Can maintain a work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime.
* Candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs., ascend and descend stairs, perform bending, twisting, stooping and crouching motions and use strong gripping hand functions frequently.
NOTE: Contractors will be provided safety glasses and hearing protection from the site but MUST provide their own steel toe shoes prior to starting. Company Description
