What You’ll Do

• Provide antepartum care across all trimesters and manage high-risk pregnancies in collaboration with MDs
• Conduct well-woman exams and preventive gynecological care
• Offer contraceptive counseling and management
• Coordinate patient care alongside OBGYNs, CNMs, and social workers
• Document patient interactions using Athena EMR and AI Scribe support
• Manage an average of 21-23 patients per shift
• Flex to support travel needs and cross-coverage requirements as needed

What You Need

Required:

• Board-Certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner
• Active Tennessee Medical License
• Active TN DEA
• Women’s health background including prenatal and well-woman care
• Contraceptive management expertise

Preferred:

• Experience with high-risk obstetrics
• Strong collaboration skills with interdisciplinary teams
• Comfort working with Athena EMR

About the Assignment

This assignment takes place at a leading facility in Cookeville, TN, focusing on comprehensive women’s health services including prenatal and well-woman care. The provider will work Monday through Friday or four-day schedules, supporting women across all trimesters and providing preventive care. Travel is required to a nearby location, with all travel costs covered.
