About Us

Our organization, like each supported office, is tailored to the community and the patients we serve. With the assistance of a practice manager and a highly skilled on-site team, you will have access to a vast network of resources and support.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Current dental hygienist license in Indiana.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required).
  • Strong understanding of dental procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
  • CPR Certification.
Preferred Experience
  • Open to both new graduates and those with extensive clinical experience.
  • Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
  • A desire to continue learning and enhancing clinical skills to meet patient needs.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to perform essential duties as required by the office or supervising doctor, with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Capability to sit and stand for extended periods.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds occasionally.
  • Availability for periodic virtual or in-person training sessions throughout the year.
