Since 1822, we have been empowering youth, supporting families, and fostering community connections across multiple locations, reaching over 16,000 individuals annually.Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and passionate Youth ACT (Assertive Community Treatment) Director to lead our innovative youth mental health program. This vital role involves managing program operations, developing comprehensive services for young people with behavioral health needs, and building strong relationships with community partners. The Youth ACT Director will inspire a team of dedicated professionals to deliver high-quality, person-centered care that promotes independence and resilience among youth.DutiesLead the planning, development, and implementation of the Youth ACT program to ensure it meets community needs and organizational standardsSupervise and support staff, including clinicians and case managers, fostering a collaborative team environmentManage program budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure compliance with funding requirementsBuild and maintain positive relationships with community agencies, schools, families, and other stakeholders to promote program successOversee clinical service delivery, ensuring interventions are effective and tailored to individual youth needsCoordinate intake assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing case management activitiesMonitor program outcomes through data collection and reporting to continuously improve service qualityRequirementsLicensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) requiredProven management experience in behavioral health or social services programs, preferably working with youth with developmental disabilities or mental health challengesStrong background in program development, implementation, and evaluationDemonstrated ability to build relationships with diverse populations including youth, families, community partners, and fundersExcellent administrative skills with experience in budgeting and compliance monitoringSupervisory experience leading multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environmentsKnowledge of social work principles, behavioral health practices, and trauma-informed care approachesAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive team atmosphereJoin us as the Youth ACT Director to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people!
