On-Site IT Technician

Salary: $60,000 - 70,000 per year Requirements:

• We require 3–6+ years of hands-on IT support experience, including at least 2 years in a Level 2 or Level 3 support position.
• We need strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID/Azure AD.
• We look for practical experience with core networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, VLANs, firewalls, and switches.
• We value familiarity with RMM tools such as Datto, ConnectWise, NinjaRMM, or comparable platforms.
• We expect experience deploying and administering endpoint security solutions, with SentinelOne preferred.
• We require excellent ticket documentation habits and disciplined recordkeeping for every action taken.
• We require a valid drivers license.
• We prefer technical certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft MD-102, or an equivalent credential.
• We prefer candidates with experience working in an in-person, client-facing environment.

• We troubleshoot and resolve escalated Level 2 and Level 3 issues across endpoints, servers, networking, cloud services, and security systems.
• We handle on-site deployments, including workstation builds, domain joins, Microsoft 365 setup, and Azure/Entra onboarding.
• We administer and support security and management tools such as SentinelOne, Datto RMM, and backup or recovery platforms.
• We act as a professional technical point of contact for clients, communicating clearly, respectfully, and patiently.
• We document configurations, troubleshooting actions, runbooks, and final resolution details thoroughly.
• We mentor Level 1 and Level 2 technicians and help expand and improve our knowledge base.
• We spot recurring patterns in client environments and raise potential risks before they lead to downtime.
• We contribute to project work such as migrations, network buildouts, and hardware refresh initiatives.
• We take ownership of issues from start to finish and ensure each ticket is closed properly.
