Shift Times: 7-5pm 4 days a week and sometimes it will be 7-3pm 5 days a week. 40 hour per week with potential/unlikely overtime

8 hour shifts Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week

How long you are looking for coverage? Minimum of 3 months

Acuity of patients: ASA 1-5e? ASA 1-4E. Mostly ASA 2,3.

How many total ORs? 10 OR, 2 GI Labs, 3 cath labs, 2 L&D surgical Suites, IR/MRI/CT

How many ORs are running daily? Typically 14 sites including ancillary

Support staff/MDs on site? 12-15 CRNA's, 3-4 MDA's
