Overview
We’re hiring a Senior AV Technician to lead the build, integration, and troubleshooting of advanced vehicle systems. This role combines hands-on technical work with team leadership and mentorship.
What You’ll Do
- Lead installation of sensors, wiring, and electronic systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and system issues
- Oversee maintenance, upgrades, and vehicle reliability
- Support field testing and deployments
- Work with engineering and operations teams
- Maintain tools, inventory, and documentation
- Mentor and train junior technicians
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in automotive, robotics, or mechatronics
- Strong mechanical & electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with sensors, wiring, and control systems
- Ability to read schematics and use diagnostic tools
- Leadership or training experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work in field/warehouse settings
Nice to Have
- Experience with electric or autonomous vehicles
- Soldering, crimping, or prototyping skills
- Background in testing, calibration, or data collection
