The Entry Level Human Resources Specialist works within a structured, process‑driven environment that values accuracy, communication, and responsiveness. This is an ideal opportunity for an Entry-Level Human Resources Specialist who enjoys fast‑paced work, strong organizational skills, and daily interaction with candidates and internal teams while building a foundation in HR operations. Key Responsibilities Complete I‑9 verification, background checks, driver’s license checks, and E‑Verify case management. Support high‑volume onboarding processes for field employees, managing 30–60 candidates weekly. Maintain onboarding trackers using Google Sheets and monitor candidate progress through each stage. Communicate with candidates and internal teams via phone and email to provide updates and troubleshoot onboarding issues. Perform accurate data entry and ensure documentation is complete, compliant, and properly recorded. Qualifications Previous data entry experience required; exposure to HR or onboarding processes preferred. Familiarity with Google Sheets or Excel; UKG experience is a plus.
