Account Executive - Private Client Services

As a BlackCloak Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for your territory strategy, pipeline development, and working as a trusted advisor with prospects, resulting in bookings and revenue attainment in excess of your goals. You will both develop your own pipeline from your outbound efforts, by working marketing leads, and responding to inbound inquiries. Reporting to the Head of Private Client Services, you will contribute directly to top line revenue of the company taking into account client satisfaction, profitability, and other corporate revenue objectives. You should be the type of person who enjoys building something from scratch, especially developing a territory in a new product category. You will be a trusted advisor to your prospects and be a thought leader in the community. This position will primarily support the sales activities in the Pacific region. Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals to continue our explosive growth. Build relationships with key decision-makers in single family offices and financial institutions to cultivate referrals for pipeline development. High velocity discovery to understand specific areas of cyber and digital concern that could be mitigated by the BlackCloak solution. Cultivate warm referral engines with trusted advisors of high net worth individuals to generate and maximize warm inbound leads. Position BlackCloak product and services in non-technical, value forward language. Prioritize deal velocity to balance high volume of inbound inquiries in conjunction with targeted outbound prospecting requiring immediate lead triage to focus on high-intent prospects. Extremely prompt follow-up on inbound leads and first call notes or follow up items with an ideal SLA of day-of-response. Track touchpoints meticulously to ensure no dropped balls when managing the high volume of opportunities necessary to maintain closing 15+ deals per month. Tactfully evaluate the emotional and financial urgency of prospective clients without sounding alarmist 4 Year Bachelor of Arts or Science degree preferred 3+ years successful experience in field sales (information security services preferred) High growth start-up experience preferred Immediate executive presence Ability to "de-jargon" technical concepts in a consultative manner Rapid discovery and ability to diagnose personal digital exposures with empathy Proven ability to manage all aspects of the sales process including targeting, generating leads, identifying opportunities, qualifying, conducting demos, answering questions, writing proposals, and delivering presentations Demonstrated ability to forecast and manage information using Salesforce Ability to work in a fast-paced, geographically dispersed organization Travel regularly (when safe) to visit prospects or represent the company at events.
