Onsite Concierge Care Advocate - Patient Experience
$20 - $24 per hourLantern
Lantern is seeking a Care Advocate to deliver a white-glove, concierge experience for members navigating the surgical process. You will provide phone-based support, educate about incentives and program benefits, and coordinate with physician offices to streamline care. This 100% onsite role in Dallas starts at $20.00–$24.00/hour plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus and a monthly bonus program for top performers.
