You will partner with physicians, practice owners, and clinical teams to position Lumenis solutions as strategic investments that enhance practice growth and patient outcomes.This position requires approximately 50% travel within the assigned territory and occasional domestic travel for meetings, training, and industry events.What You Will Do as a District Sales Manager (DSM):Drive Growth: Build and execute a strategic territory plan to drive revenue growth and market expansion by prospecting, developing, and closing new business while expanding existing accounts and uncovering opportunities across practices and med spas.Own the Sales Process: Manage complex capital equipment sales cycles from prospecting through close, while maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline management in Salesforce and partnering with regional leadership to execute territory growth strategies and performance.Build Customer Partnerships & Stay Connected: Develop trusted relationships with physicians and key decision-makers, deliver consultative presentations and demos, collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer success, and represent Lumenis at training, events, and territory travel to drive business growth.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred5+ years of successful outside B2B sales or capital medical device sales experienceProven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding quotaStrong consultative selling and relationship-building skills with experience managing long, complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers, supported by high personal accountability, urgency, follow-through, and strong pipeline and territory management capabilities.Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems preferredValid driver's license requiredWhat Makes You Successful Here: Competitive, results-driven, and self-motivated professional who thrives on prospecting, creating opportunities, and high field activity, with resilience in handling challenges and rejection, strong executive-level presentation skills, accountability, and a passion for growth, performance, and winning.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions, home office allowance monthly car allowance, and travel expense support.$290-$350k + total cash compensation at 100% attainment, additional earnings for top performers (Compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.)Unlimited PTO, 401(k) with company match, and strong career growth opportunities Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage, employee-paid Life/AD&D/LTD insurance Lumenis is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, gender identity, or sexual orientation.The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed and are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required.Applicants responding to this posting must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
