POSITION SUMMARYThe Multi-Dimensional Family Therapy OUD (Opioid Use Disorder) Clinician provides model adherent intensive in-home clinical treatment to adolescents with substance abuse and delinquent behaviors and their families. The MDFT OUD Clinician will go through the MDFT certification process, obtain licensure clinical and supervision hours and obtain experience in the adolescent, parent and family clinical realm. The Multidimensional Family Therapy-Opioid Use Disorder (MDFT-OUD) program is an innovative and evidence-based, intensive in-home treatment program for adolescents and young adults, ages 12-21, presenting with opioid use disorder, complex behavioral health, or social and emotional challenges.Salary: $62,000Sign-on: $5,000EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONSMarriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work and Doctorate in Psychology. Credential(s) Required: Must be licensed or license eligible LPCA, LMFTA, LPC, LMFT or Psychologist. If you are a MSW, a LMSW (permit or license) or LCSW will be required to begin employment.Valid Drivers License is required. Safely operates vehicle in the community, based on program needs.LOCATIONWaterbury, New Haven and New Britain. Works collaboratively with internal and external providers Meets with families based on model expectations Provides service in the office, remote and/or community settings outside of the office (e.g., homes, schools, hospitals, institutions, other community locations) as defined by the program. May transport clients to appointments or linkages as appropriate.
