• Dates/Coverage Needed: Beginning ASAC, full-time for 6 months with the potential to extend. The schedule consists of 4x10's every week (7 am - 5 pm). No weekends and no call.

• Case Mix: Main OR, Women's, and Ortho. No blocks required
\n
• # of OR's: 34
\n
• Support Staff/Supervision: Medical Direction model
\n
• Credentialing Time-Frame: 90 days
\n
• Active TN License: Required
\n
