Senior Engineer, Applied AI

As a key member of the Applied AI team, the full-time Senior Engineer, Applied AI will design, build, and productionize systems that enhance organizational intelligence and support AI applications across various workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Design and implement production-grade systems that integrate user-facing workflows with backend services and AI capabilities Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to turn ambiguous AI opportunities into reliable product features Develop and maintain secure data pathways and observability mechanisms to support AI applications and operational efficiency Required qualifications Proven experience in building and maintaining production-grade features in Python or similar programming languages Strong background in designing reliable data models and working with relational databases at scale Experience contributing to large, complex projects and refactoring legacy systems Familiarity with AI systems, including LLM-powered products or similar technologies Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
