Regional Parts Manager

Salary Range $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 Salary Description The approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package. The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, as well as internal equity among our team. Purpose: Directs and controls parts operations for the assigned region to maximize return on investment through parts sales growth and the effective management of inventories, and budgets. Responsibilities: Works with Corporate Management in the region to maintain and manage the execution of the Aftermarket Strategic Business Plan for the organization Develops, communicates, enforces, and monitors effective Parts Department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction as well as Parts Department efficiencies Monitors individual and overall Parts Department performance relative to parts sales, inventory management and expense control for the region in line with the organization’s objectives Facilitates the execution of parts advertising, marketing and promotional programs to grow parts sales for the organization as a whole. Monitors monthly Parts Department goals and budget for the region, in alignment with the organization’s financial and operational objectives Facilitates the organization’s Customer Satisfaction Program to enhance and maintain customer relationships relative to parts department support Actively monitors and manages the company aged parts inventory and plans accordingly Attends to, and resolves, inter-departmental issues in a fair and expedient manner Actively participates in a local civic, charitable or community organization Maintains and promotes a safe work environment.
