Maintenance Mechanics

Schedule: Monday – Friday

4:30 AM – 2:00 PM

Some Saturdays required Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Maintenance professional to lead and support maintenance operations in a food manufacturing environment. This role requires a strong background in electrical systems, troubleshooting, PLCs, and welding, along with proven stability and leadership in previous roles. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and perform maintenance on production equipment Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and PLCs Perform welding and mechanical repairs as needed Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance programs are executed Minimize downtime and support continuous production operations Maintain compliance with food safety and safety standards Coordinate maintenance activities and support production teams Job Requirements: Minimum 10 years of progressive maintenance experience Strong experience with electrical systems, PLC troubleshooting, and welding Food industry experience required Proven job stability in previous roles Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends as needed Must submit a resume #J-18808-Ljbffr Fairway Staffing Solutions
