My client, a nationally recognized law firm, seeks a Associate Attorney to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-profile projects involving public and private real estate, infrastructure, and environmental initiatives.

What You'll Do:

Provide strategic counsel on land use, zoning, and real estate development matters.
Draft and negotiate agreements related to real estate acquisitions, entitlements, and infrastructure projects.
Collaborate with public agencies, private developers, and stakeholders on innovative and sustainable land use strategies.

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of experience in real estate and/or land use law.
Proven expertise in complex real estate transactions, zoning, and regulatory matters.
Exceptional legal research, drafting, and negotiation skills.
Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the state of Florida
