This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in commercial installations who take pride in quality workmanship and want to grow within a company that values both technical skill and leadership.Depending on experience, you may work as part of a team on installation projects or take the lead on job sites, overseeing crews, coordinating with other trades, and ensuring projects are completed on time and to standard.What You'll DoInstall, mount, and secure HVAC systems, ductwork, piping, and controls in commercial environmentsRead and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and job specificationsCoordinate with project managers, supervisors, and other trades to maintain project timelinesPerform system start-ups, testing, and ensure proper system operationMaintain compliance with local codes, OSHA standards, and company safety policiesCommunicate job progress, updates, and any issues clearly to leadershipFor Lead-Level Candidates (Additional Responsibilities)Lead installation crews on commercial projects from start to finishOversee jobsite execution, materials, and workflowMentor and train junior installers and apprenticesEnsure projects stay on schedule, on budget, and meet quality standardsAct as the main point of contact on-site for project coordinationQualifications 3+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience (5+ years for lead-level candidates)Proven ability to read and work from blueprints and mechanical plansStrong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, ductwork, piping, and controlsEPA 608 Certification required (or willingness to obtain for mid-level)OSHA 10 or 30 preferred for lead-level candidatesValid driver's license with an insurable driving historyAbility to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in various job-site conditionsStrong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skillsApply TodayWhether you're an experienced installer looking to grow or a proven leader ready to run projects, Spurk HVAC offers the opportunity to build a long-term career with a company that values craftsmanship, accountability, and its people.Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
