About the Role

The Company is in search of a Head of Information Technology to serve as its senior-most technology executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and leading the enterprise IT strategy, operations, and service delivery, with a strong focus on security, reliability, and alignment with the organization's mission. This role involves overseeing a substantial technology portfolio, leading a global team of IT professionals, and partnering across various functions to ensure that technology supports the company's growth and innovation. The Head of IT will also be instrumental in the practical adoption of AI, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance productivity and business outcomes. Applicants for the Head of IT position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' progressive IT leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior IT leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a broad leadership background in enterprise applications, infrastructure, service delivery, cybersecurity, data, vendors, and operations, and a proven track record of managing significant budgets and technology teams. Strong executive presence, the ability to influence stakeholders, and experience in applying technology to improve processes are essential. While not mandatory, experience in a life sciences, biotechnology, medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, manufacturing, research, or other highly regulated environment is preferred. A Bachelor's degree is required.
