Apartment Maintenance Technician - Part-time

Job Description

Our team is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician in the Vero Beach area for Immediate hire . NO On-Calls & NO Weekends!

Apartment Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

Previous experience in residential maintenance - apartments, hotels, or private homes
Must have personal hand tools and drill.
Must have reliable means of transportation.
Ability to handle physical workload.
Deadline and detail-oriented
HVAC/EPA Certification is a PLUS!
Strong experience in the following tasks:
Plumbing - sink/shower/toilet repair, replacing fixtures, unclogging drains (snaking when applicable)
Electrical - replacing fixtures and switches, knowledge, or proper safety protocol, rewiring when applicable.
Carpentry - patching holes, replacing doors/locks, hanging cabinetry, light touch- up painting.
Appliances - help with installation of W&D, stoves (when applicable), installing garbage disposals, small repairs.

Apartment Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

Regularly inspect all apartment units, buildings, and common areas
Successfully complete turnovers & work orders in between resident occupancy
Diagnose and solve maintenance issues in apartment homes, building exteriors and common areas ranging from plumbing, electrical, general carpentry, HVAC, and appliances.
Perform routine preventative maintenance.

All candidates will be background screened and must be eligible to work in the United States.
