This is an excellent opportunity to get started in our manufacturing facility and build the skills needed to transition into a specialized production role after your initial training and onboarding period.**What You’ll Start With:** As a Production Operator, you’ll support the production team with a variety of essential tasks, including:* Operate machines and keep production workflows running smoothly.* Keep work areas clean, orderly, and compliant with plant sanitation rules.* Move, stack, and handle raw materials or finished goods (lifting up to 50 lbs).* Follow basic food safety, quality control, and workplace safety procedures.* Train on basic tools, software like SAP, and equipment including forklifts.**Important details:**Position is in a union manufacturing plant with training potentially on a different shift.
