Key Responsibilities of the Med Surg RN

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the acute medical ward
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition
• Coordinate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements of the Med Surg RN

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience within the Med Surg specialty
• Required: AHA BLS certification
• Preferred: AHA ACLS certification
