Facility Overview:

Scheduling requirements:

o Mixed shifts (6:00 AM 9:30 PM)

o Rotating weekends (every other weekend)

Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: Sterile Compounding, Non-Sterile Compounding, Hazardous Drug Compounding

Must have: Experience with neonatal and pediatric

Advanced skills needed: Sterile Compounding experience required

Procedures performed on unit: N/A

Certifications Required: Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)

Dress Code: (Required uniform) Pewter scrubs Closed-toed shoes
