Reporting to the Office Manager, this position operates within a medium-sized team of 6-10 members and requires frequent travel to facilitate clinic needs. The coordinator acts as the first point of contact, maintaining excellent communication and customer service standards.

• Verify insurance coverage and eligibility
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle patient inquiries
