In this role, you’ll lead by example—delivering personalized solutions, motivating your team, and driving results in a fun, fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do Engage directly with customers, presenting AT&T’s products and helping them find the perfect fit for their needs. Coach and support a team of Brand Ambassadors to strengthen their communication and sales skills. Set performance goals, track results, and implement strategies to meet and exceed targets. Build a positive, team-oriented culture centered around accountability, growth, and exceptional service. Stay up-to-date on AT&T promotions, technology, and product updates to keep your team informed and competitive. Collaborate with management on in-store events, sales campaigns, and community outreach efforts to boost visibility and engagement. What You Bring Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire a team toward success. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset. Goal-oriented attitude and strong drive to achieve results. Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a dynamic retail or event-based environment. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or team leadership is preferred.
