Job Title: Senior Oracle Fusion Engineer & Technical Architect Role Overview We are seeking an expert, hands-on, and strategic Senior Oracle Fusion Engineer to lead the end-to-end design lifecycle, technical governance, and advanced development execution for our enterprise Oracle Cloud ecosystem. In this role, you will provide technical oversight and mentorship to engineering teams while personally driving the design and development of the most complex, high-impact technical solutions across our Oracle Fusion environment. This is a critical enterprise architecture role for a senior engineer who excels at bridging high-level design leadership with deep technical execution. You will act as the ultimate escalation point for critical operational incidents, establish rigorous coding standards and quality gates, and engineer robust integrations supporting shop floor and warehouse systems. Key Responsibilities Design Leadership & Technical Governance • Architectural Oversight: Lead the end-to-end design lifecycle for major enterprise enhancements, ensuring robust, scalable solutions aligned with complex business requirements. • Technical Standards: Establish enterprise technical standards, coding best practices, code review processes, and quality gates for all development work across the technical team. • Engineering Mentorship: Provide technical guidance, oversight, and mentorship to engineering teams to foster high code quality and architectural consistency. • Incident Escalation: Serve as the final escalation point for P1/P2 operational incidents, delivering rapid root cause analysis and permanent preventative fixes. Advanced Development & Integration Execution • Custom Development: Personally drive the design and hands-on development of complex technical solutions, extensions, and customizations utilizing core Fusion tools (BI Publisher, Groovy scripting, APEX, VBCS, ATP, or PaaS extensions). • Integration & Batch Optimization: Lead performance tuning initiatives for critical Enterprise Scheduler Service (ESS) batch jobs and high-volume transactional interfaces in partnership with OIC/OPA developers. • System Integration: Architect and design robust interfaces connecting Oracle Fusion with shop floor, warehouse, and third-party operational systems. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum Qualifications • Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). • Experience Baseline: oMinimum of 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise ERP functional and technical roles. oMinimum of 6+ years of hands-on, deep implementation, and technology support experience specifically with Oracle Fusion ERP / GTM and EPM. • Technical Mastery: oProven history of designing and building complex technical solutions within the Oracle Fusion framework using tools like BI Publisher, Groovy, APEX, VBCS, ATP, and PaaS extensions. oDeep understanding of integration architecture, including designing robust interfaces using OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) for manufacturing and logistics environments. oDemonstrated experience establishing technical governance and managing system changes in live production environments. • Core Competencies: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; stellar communication and stakeholder management abilities; proven capability to lead cross-functional engineering initiatives. Preferred Attributes • Experience guiding organizations through active transitions or migrations to the Oracle Cloud ecosystem. • Familiarity with CI/CD deployment tools (e.g., FlexDeploy) and third-party financial/operational software integrations (e.g., Avalara, Kyriba, Zip). • Working knowledge of emerging tools such as AI Agent Studio for Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications. • Relevant Oracle Cloud professional certifications.
