Human Resources Representative Our Human Resource Representatives support the Human Resource department in partnering with department leaders to create a premier work environment. This position will also directly serve Team Members by answering or directing Human Resource questions and driving engagement. Responsibilities Promote and foster a healthy work environment; raise awareness of available programs to assist Team Members. Answer Team Member questions related to Human Resource policy; provide written and verbal communication to Team Members in a confidential manner. Advise leaders on people issues, elevating complex issues to the Representative or Leader. Provide payroll assistance: conduct weekly audit, report and assist in clearing exceptions; communicate with third‑party staffing agencies regarding payroll; answer Team Member questions regarding payroll. Report on online training completion and assist Team Members in completing assigned courses. Act as on‑site contact for Leaves of Absence. Conduct New Hire orientation and share responsibility in the onboarding process. Participate in recruitment and interview activities. Assist Team Members with enrolling in benefits, including presenting open enrollment meetings. Collaboratively implement Team Member recognition programs and foster engagement. Assist in internal and external marketing efforts. Other duties as assigned. Competencies Understand and adhere to Lippert policies and procedures and codes of conduct. Adhere to all federal and state rules, laws and regulations as they presently exist. Must have effective written and verbal skills. Must have the strive to extend excellent assistance to all Team Members, Customers, and Vendors. Excellent attendance. Basic understanding of benefit offerings and company leave of absence process. Must be able to work as a part of a team to achieve the company’s overall goals. Robust organizational skills. Must be able to meet goals and deadlines for company projects. Must be able to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to operate appropriate office equipment including copiers, personal computers. Must possess problem‑solving skills. Must be able to exhibit tact and diplomacy and maintain professional relationships with Leaders, fellow Team Members, Customers, and Vendors. Must be able to work effectively in stressful situations. Ability to effectively respond to and interact with all levels of organizational staff. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full‑time position, and the expected work hours are 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday; weekend and off‑shift work may be required at times. Travel Minimal travel is expected for this position. Preferred Education and Experience 2‑year HR degree or Bachelor’s degree in HR. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Human Resources department. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a role requiring strong computer skills (i.e., Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to multitask with different requirements applying to the position.
