What You’re Doing As a Service Advisor, you’ll be responsible for managing the customer experience from start to finish. Responsibilities Greeting customers and performing vehicle write-ups Managing repair orders from start to finish Communicating with customers by phone, text, and email Reviewing and presenting Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) Creating repair recommendations and maintenance suggestions as needed Following up on estimates and repair approvals Coordinating with technicians to ensure efficient workflow Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the repair process Maintaining accurate documentation using NAPA TRACS and AutoVitals What We’re Looking For 3+ years of Service Advisor experience preferred Independent repair shop experience preferred Automotive industry experience is helpful but not required Strong customer service or hospitality experience considered Excellent communication and follow-through skills Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-first mentality Strong work ethic and personal drive Comfortable learning shop management and communication software Why BRM NAPA Auto Care?
