We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers via phone and email in both English and Spanish
Perform insurance verification and follow up on claims
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Provide exceptional service and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner

Requirements:

Fluent in English and Spanish (bilingual required)
Prior experience with insurance verification
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in basic computer applications
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

What We Offer:

Compensation: $22.00 — $24.00 per hour, based on experience
