Summary The Private Wealth Advisor is a trusted advisor who will serve ultra‑affluent clients and prospects with investible assets of greater than $5MM and sophisticated, complex needs. The role involves creating holistic solutions for family and business owners in every life stage, helping them achieve banking, long‑term planning, and wealth‑preservation goals. Responsibilities and Accountabilities Leverage specialty resources in a team‑led approach to advise, guide, and deliver long‑term planning and investment advice to manage and preserve overall wealth. Surround clients with a dedicated team of experts to help families manage and preserve multi‑generational wealth. Provide comprehensive services ranging from holistic governance and planning to family education and concierge services. Transform customer needs into relevant product and service offerings, exceeding expectations. Collaborate with Trust, Planning, and Investment teams to deliver on holistic client needs. Apply functional and technical knowledge to solve complex problems and identify innovative solutions. Interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend solutions that meet current and future customer needs. Deliver personalized education, advice, guidance, and solutions through integrated investment management, fiduciary advice, specialized asset management, full‑service financial planning, business succession planning, and credit and depository services. Broaden the scope of customer relationships with deep understanding of individual needs, maintaining a fiduciary standard. Grow and retain wealth management relationships using effective relationship skills, sales strategies, and internal and external sources. Account for achieving business results and profitability objectives under changing circumstances. Business Development Drive new client acquisition through targeted prospecting, referrals, networking, and strategic partnerships. Develop and execute a business‑development plan to grow the UHNW client base and expand share of wallet with existing relationships. Participate in industry events, conferences, and thought‑leadership initiatives to raise profile and attract new business. Leverage internal and external centers of influence (such as investment bankers, attorneys, and accountants) to identify new UHNW prospects. Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and conduct regular follow‑ups to convert opportunities into long‑term relationships. Exhibit professional behavior and promote positive working relationships. Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, FINRA/SEC regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program as applicable. Ideal Candidate Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; MBA helpful. 10+ years of experience in the Wealth Management industry. Specialized depth or breadth of expertise in Wealth Management disciplines. Significant experience in Investment Management, Trust, Estate Planning, or Business Succession Planning. Proven business‑development experience and effective relationship‑management skills. Ability to provide investment advice to highly complex and sophisticated relationships. Team‑oriented and collaborative work style. Strong knowledge of finance, economics, and the global economy. Excellent listening and communication skills, capable of engaging ultra‑affluent customers with poise and executive presence. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including advanced presentations and recommendations. Flexible schedule to accommodate client meetings outside normal business hours. Unrestricted work authorization; no requirement for future sponsorship. Additional Qualifications State licensing in Life, Accident & Health and Variable Contract insurance. Certifications or degrees such as CRPC, CFP, CPA, CFA, CWS, CTFA, CFM, MBA, JD, or the ability to earn accreditation. Compensation Base pay range: $126,830.00–$215,612.00. Final compensation may vary based on experience, education, and skill level. Work Environment The role is onsite at the posted location.
