Role Description This is a part-time to full time multiple location role in the San Jose, California for a Behavioral Health Technician. The Behavioral Health Technician will provide direct ABA therapy services to individuals with developmental and behavioral challenges. Key responsibilities include implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting and documenting data, assisting in skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs, and collaborating with supervising clinicians to achieve client goals. Candidates will also foster a supportive environment for clients and their families. Qualifications Knowledge and application of Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Proficiency in implementing Behavioral Intervention techniques to support clients effectively Strong Communication skills to interact with clients, families, and clinical teams Educational background in Psychology or related fields High School Diploma or Equivalent Ability to follow detailed behavior intervention and treatment plans Patience, adaptability, and a compassionate approach towards client care Experience in ABA therapy or behavioral health is a plus RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification or willingness to obtain certification is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Empower Minds ABA LLC
