Medical Records Coordinator

Hillsboro in is seeking a Medical Records Coordinator to maintain, organize, and audit resident medical records while ensuring charts are complete, accurate, and compliant. You will assist clinical staff with record requests and documentation, and keep confidential information safe and secure.
