Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel assignment at an inpatient rehabilitation hospital, requiring 1+ years of experience and license as applicable.

Details

• 50-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital with two specialty units
• Patient population includes stroke, brain injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury cases
• Patient ratio of 1:5
• Day shift schedule with 40 weekly hours
• Weekend shifts available on request
• No on-call requirements
• Uses UDS for EHR documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ years of physical therapy experience required
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred
• Experience treating stroke, brain injury, amputation, and orthopedic conditions preferred
• License required if applicable
• AHA certifications required
• Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

• Facility is CARF-accredited for Comprehensive Integrated Inpatient Rehabilitation and specialty programs in stroke, brain injury, and amputation
• Accredited by The Joint Commission
• Light blue scrubs required
• Permanent address must be more than 60 miles from the facility
• Candidates who worked perm staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
• Candidates cannot be employed elsewhere full time
