Inside Sales Representative, Remote
We are looking for elite phone closers who want to make serious money doing what they do best: selling. This is not a "maybe someday" commission structure or a role where your leads go cold. This is high-velocity B2C sales with company-generated warm leads, short cycles, and a pay structure that rewards closers fast.
If you are tired of complex sales with long pipelines and endless follow-up, this is your reset. Most deals close in one or two conversations. Your job is simple: connect, discover, and close.
Why This Role Stands Out The Money Is Real- Base salary of $40,000 plus uncapped monthly commission
- On-target earnings of approximately $100,000 in year one
- Commission rates of 7% on payment-plan sales and 9% on paid-in-full sales, so getting paid more for closing stronger is built into the structure
No cold prospecting from scratch. You work inbound interest plus outbound follow-up on company-generated leads. You focus on closing, not hunting.
Short Cycles, Fast WinsMost sales close in one or two touchpoints. No drawn-out enterprise cycles, no committee approvals. You ask for the sale, you get the answer, and you move.

What You Will Do- Convert warm leads to enrolled students through consultative phone conversations
- Run outbound calls and strategic follow-up alongside inbound interest
- Build rapport quickly, handle objections confidently, and close decisively
- Keep tight CRM records in HubSpot and RingCentral to fuel purposeful follow-up
- Perform consistently against quota, and then beat it
- One or more years of outbound phone sales in a B2C, direct-closing environment
- Proven quota attainment in short-cycle, transactional sales
- Sharp objection-handling and the confidence to ask for the sale every time
- CRM discipline with clean, organized, and actionable notes
- Self-direction and urgency in a remote setting, because you hold yourself accountable
- Availability within Arizona operating hours (6:00 AM to 6:00 PM AZ time); Eastern candidates should be comfortable with shifts that may extend to 9:00 PM ET
- Base salary: $40,000
- On-target earnings: approximately $100,000 in year one
- Commission: uncapped, paid monthly
- Commission rates: 7% on payment-plan sales; 9% on paid-in-full sales
- Minimum threshold: at least 60% of monthly quota to earn commission

- Full-time, 100% remote
- Monday through Friday, 8 working hours within a 9-hour shift (includes a 1-hour lunch)
- Operating window: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Arizona time
- Primary shift: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM MST / 12:00 PM–9:00 PM EDT / 11:00 AM–8:00 PM EST
- Eastern Time candidates: Please confirm you are comfortable with shifts that may extend to 9:00 PM ET
- Two-week paid training: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Arizona time
